Brook Baili is a singer songwriter originally from Yorkshire before moving with her family to North London. Her unique blend of alternative Pop/R&B coupled with her powerful story telling abilities is displayed in her musical style and distinct sound.

Baili’s already making a name for herself in the UK music scene, performing at The Great escape in 2016 and having worked with an extensive list of UK grime artists and producers such as Takura (chase n status). The Arcade (Iggy Azaelia, Maroon 5, Kendrick Lamar) and Luke Reid (Drake, Tinie Tempah) to name a few.

2017 is set to be Brook’s most definitive year yet, as she’s finally ready to share her music with the world!

At only eleven years old Baili began working on her own talents. Brook spent weekends at home writing songs and performing for family and friends. Tragically Baili lost her sister to cancer just 5 days before turning sixteen; overwhelmed with grief Brook turned to her music, using it as her therapy and finding solace.

Baili attended the world-famous Brit school where she developed her style and experimented with her sound. Whilst at the Brit school Brook’s unique writing style, transformative tones, electronic tropes and controversial concepts caught the attention of major labels such as EMI. This brought Baili opportunities to travel the world performing.

Baili describes her music as highlighting, “the good, bad and ugly parts of life.
I believe we all hide the parts of ourselves that make us human so I try to understand the best and worst parts of myself so that others can feel free to do the same.
I live in the moment therefore naturally I screw up but I learn then move on and that’s what my music is about. Embracing duality of the physical experience.”
